Challenge # 3 - Tic Tac Toe

Your challenge this week is to draw inspiration for your layout from the game of Tic Tac Toe. Divide your page into 9 sections and let your imagination run wild! :) You can have a game against the computer in the side bar too!

Here is what the DT came up with:
NILSA

GEORGINA

CRYSTAL

TELAH

KARRY NANCY

This week we also have a very special GUEST designer. Nessa is Telah's daughter and she is 9 years old. This is what she did with the challenge. She has a new blog on the web specially created for kids crafts and her first challenge starts on 1st November so if you know any creative kids who would love to join in - go check it out !!

We also have another random rak opportunity - submit your layouts and your name will go into the pot for a random drawing. The lucky name will win this birthday girl kit from Doodlebug:

For those of you playing for points there will be 10 points awarded for each new layout you submit plus another secret item!!

Link us to your layouts by midnight on Saturday 25th October to be in with a chance to win!

I just added 3 layouts to my picture blog. This was an interesting challenge for me, to keep my layouts from looking alike.

marguerite - you did a great job and on 3 LO's no less. My fav is No. 2 with the photos the docked cruise ships, way cool photo. My second fav is No. 1 with the arches, I was similarily intriqued by water towers in NY. TFS

Melissa - OMG, I'm LOL too with the photos on your Tic Tac Toe LO, what is that contraption? The "Twist & Shout" chipboard is perfect.

sbartist...great job on your layout! Love how you used circles!

Becky - great idea and use for the grid for "everyday stuff". Note to self: take photos from further back so my final image is smaller and I can do a LO like Becky!

sbartist said...

alyssa - what a vibrant page and cute title. TFS

Becky said...

sbartist--I print my own photos so I actually just printed them smaller (just smaller than 2x2 inches) for that last grid layout of mine...hope that helps!
