Challenge #4 - Who's Line Is It Anyway?

We couldnt decide who was going to host this weeks challenge so we decided on a joint effort!

Each DT member came up with something you have to include in your layout and these are listed below:

Karry wants your layout to have the theme of FAMILY

Sarah has suggested one of the colors you use has to be BLUE

Another color was suggested by Nancy - LIGHT TAN

Telah wants you to use the word TOGETHER somewhere on your layout

and for emblishments Nilsa wants you to use FLOWERS

Crystal has set a challenge for you to use - THEMED STICKERS

So - thats your challenge this week - create a family themed layout in blue and light tan with the word "together" , flowers and themed stickers!

Deadline for entries this week is Sunday night at Midnight. Georgina will be out of town for the weekend so the results will not be posted until Monday (hence you get an extra day to complete your layouts!). Crystal will be hosting challenge #5 on Sunday as usual.

Challenge # 3 - Tic Tac Toe

Your challenge this week is to draw inspiration for your layout from the game of Tic Tac Toe. Divide your page into 9 sections and let your imagination run wild! :) You can have a game against the computer in the side bar too!

This week we also have a very special GUEST designer. Nessa is Telah's daughter and she is 9 years old. This is what she did with the challenge. She has a new blog on the web specially created for kids crafts and her first challenge starts on 1st November so if you know any creative kids who would love to join in - go check it out !!

Challenge # 2 - No Faces

This week your challenge is simple - scrap a layout using photo's with No Faces in them.

We dont want to see any eyes, noses or lips! :)

You can use up those photos where peoples heads have been chopped off, photos of a place without people, the back of peoples heads, an object of some description and so on. (Just make sure your object hasnt got a face - eg no pets, no dolls, robots, snowmen etc)

Heres what our Design Team came up with to give you some inspiration:

Nilsa - focused on another part of the body instead, these cute little toes

Sarah focused on a place - her adorable home

Georgina focused on a photo which had her head cut off!

Telah created this calm feeling layout focusing most of her picture on the sea

Nancy scrapped this bright layout of her sons hot wheel cars

For those of you signed up to the main whispers challenge:-

• Each layout you submit for this challenge will be worth 15 points.
• There is a secret item known only to the DT also and this will be worth an additional 20 points if you use it on your layouts
• Deadline in which to submit your challenges is midnight Saturday 18th October
• For your layout to count you must either post a link to your layout in the comments section of this post OR email your layout to gh26@sky.com before the deadline

We are excited to announce also that from this day forth our weekly challenges are open to EVERYONE! You dont have to be signed up to the whispers team game to play along, simply link us to your layouts in the comments box when youre done! Challenge #1 - Nancy Drew

Nancy Drew is a fictional character, smart, stylish and very nosy! She lives in a small town, is renowned for her detective skills and solves many extravagant mysteries. Wherever she goes she finds danger, adventure, excitement and fun.

Your challenge this week is to create a layout inspired by Nancy Drew! It can be anything you want, let your creativity run wild!

Do you know a child who loves reading the Nancy Drew books? Is there an unsolved mystery in your home? Perhaps there is a need for an investigation around a missing item? Have you been on an adventure recently? Have you spotted evidence of a crime? Who ate the last cookie from the cookie jar?

WOW! What a difficult decision this has been!

I had some truely amazing submissions for the DT and it has been a pleasure to look at everyones work. Thank you all for taking the time to submit your layouts to me. I have actually decided on 6 DT members instead of the original 5 as the decision was so difficult!
