Woohoo - only 1 more sleep until we get to scrap all day long. It will be such a blast and we really hope that you can join us tomorrow!

Did you know that in the UK 1st May is quite the celebration. We have a public holiday to celebrate "May Day" and at this time there are a lot of traditions such as Morris Dancing and May Pole Dancing (we'll go into that in a bit more detail tomorrow!) and quite frequently Fete's and Fayres to attend!

As such, we are pleased to announce our theme for this weekends virtual crop is the..... May Fayre! Come and check out our stalls, play some fun traditional fayre games and have the opportunity to be crowned the May Queen!

Tick Tock - the clock won't stop!! Which we're happy about because the weekend is getting nearer. Take the rest of this week to cram all your housework in and make plans for the kids so you have the day to yourself! :) We will be here quite literally all day on 1st May.

We have 3 different time zones completely covered! The DT are from all around the world - the UK, the USA and Australia too! Even when some of you are sleeping the rest of us will be scrapping! :)

It does mean that we will be starting the festivities a lot sooner in the day than many other challenge blogs and websites, so make sure you stop by our site before breakfast for your first challenge of the day.

On 1st May we will be holding 3 main challenges that can be completed at any time throughout the weekend. All entries have to be in by close of play on Sunday as the winners will be drawn on Monday! You know what this means right? Even if you can't get chance to pop on by on Saturday you can catch up on Sunday instead!

Challenge 60 - Glitterball

Scrapwhispers? On a Saturday? What's going on?

Well, as you know we have had a bit of a hiatus recently and in that time the DT have been doing some serious brainstorming! We have some wonderful new things happening with the blog as we speak as well as some seriously great new challenges coming your way. Needless to say we have some awesome prizes lined up too and lots of fun planned. You will start to notice a lot of changes around here!

To start with, you will start to see our challenges posted every Friday instead of on a Sunday. Why? Well, because we know how difficult it can be for some to scrap during the week and by giving you the challenges on a Friday we hope more of you will have the opportunity to join in the fun!

We relaunch again officially this coming Friday. We will have a brand new challenge and lots of other great changes which we will keep for a surprise right now! You will just have to visit back often.

We do recognise however that some of you have been having withdrawal symptoms from having no weekly challenge lately! So, whilst you are waiting for our official return this week, we thought we would set you a "just for fun" challenge.

We want you to create a layout using Glitter and/or bling on your layout. Make it sparkle! This is what the DT came up with to help get your creative juices flowing:
