You may be wondering why there was no new challenge posted this week? Well, the DT have thought long and hard about this, and with not many of you playing along each week (due to various other commitments) we have decided to stop holding weekly challenges on the blog. We do not think we were getting the full benefit out of holding these weekly challenges and with so many other challenge blogs out there it is hard to compete!
We know some of you will miss the challenges, but fear not - the main team game will still be here. We just hope it will be better organised and we will be putting more time into the running of the main game. After all thats why we're all here isn't it and what has been the driving force behind this blog for 5 years!

Good news too - sign ups for the next round are fast approaching and we will be sharing the current teams layouts with you any day now! We are just waiting on one team to finish!

Incidentally we have decided to continue with our monthly blog hop on the 15th of each month and we will be bringing you lots of ideas, inspiration and perhaps a challenge or two as well.

Aww! That's a shame about the weekly contests, but I suppose the main game is what should be focused on. I do LOVE the concept behind the main game. Thanks for the update on what's going on!
I think that the change in focus will be a good thing! I cannot wait for more team games! They're so motivating and fun!
I thought your challeges were wonderful, but I was never able to actually complete any of them. Sorry you had to decide to discontiue them, BUT - I Do love the main game!! Can't wait to see what all the teams have come up with! and to start a new round!!!
Sad to hear about the weekly challenges... but this way I might be able to actually catch up! lol
